SHIPPING

Shipments are made throughout the European Union from Monday to Friday via GLS courier.

Within a maximum of 24 hours your order will be processed and shipped in the following ways:

SHIPPING ITALY 24/48 HOURS:
Always included in the price.

SHIPPING TO MINOR ISLANDS 2/3 DAYS:
(e.g. La Maddalena, Procida, etc…) €20

EU SHIPPING 3/5 DAYS:
from €5 to €15

Queen Helena's accepted payment methods are payment by:

  • CREDIT, DEBIT AND PREPAID CARDS
  • PAYPAL
  • COD (ON DELIVERY)
  • SCALAPAY (IN 3 INSTALLMENTS)

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have the right to withdraw from the contract. The return or refund can be made, even without indicating the reasons, only if the item has not been worn or damaged with the original box. The deadline is 14 days from the moment the item was received and 14 to return the package.

THE RETURN IS ALWAYS FREE IN ITALY IN THE FOLLOWING METHODS:

  • Size change.
  • Change color
  • Model change
  • The item is damaged or sent in error.
The exchange is completely free for model or color changes or for damaged items.
*Further changes following the first one will have a 5 euro shipping fee.
The return of the product is completely free for those who paid by card, while for those who paid by cash on delivery the cost will be 5 euros which we will deduct directly from the refund, we remind our customers that the product must not show signs of wear.

You will have to inform us with an explicit declaration on whatsapp (via this page ) communicating to us :

Name, Surname, Order number, Motivation, Shoe photo and Sole photo.

We will reply within 24/48 hours, from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00.
In the event of a positive outcome , we will take care of booking the courier , all you have to do is pack everything correctly so that it does not get lost during transport. The return label will be brought to you directly by the courier upon collection. The pick-up time will be managed completely by GLS.

We remind you that the exchange, return or refund will take place from the moment the package is returned to our office. In case of cash payment on delivery, you will have to communicate the IBAN AND HOLDER. The times for the reimbursement are of 5 - 7 working days.
